I woke up this morning and a question popped into my head. What do I really offer my client?
In a word, experience! I have been buying and selling real estate for the public since 1991. I have been buying and selling property for myself since about 1982. I have bought and sold a lot of property in a lot of different markets. Buyer's markets, Seller's markets, level markets, in economic booms and in economic busts.
I guess my greatest asset is what is built up between my ears and is put to use at the appropriate time.
My strongest desire is to have my clients look back on the deal we did together, years after it was done and feel I did the best for them. If I can deliver them a worry free experience and the best possible outcome for them, I am happy!
I try to do this in the most cost effective way!
In real estate as in many other industries there are many ways to do the same thing.
I try to get the best deal for my clients in a most economical way possible.
This is how I go about buying and selling property for myself and this is the way I do it for my clients as well.
In the end more dollars in your pocket and the home you want without any trouble is what the goal is!
